Terms & Conditions – Quikka Mobile App

Thank you for choosing Quikka. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quikka mobile application ("App"), which is provided by Sciometa Oy ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. License to Use the App

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Quikka App in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the App for commercial purposes without written permission.

The App may be used to make payments at participating partner stores. Payments are securely processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Full card details are never stored on our servers.

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free functionality, or completeness. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or unavailability of the App, except where required by mandatory law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights related to the App (e.g., logo, code, content) belong to Sciometa Oy or its licensors. You may not use any of these materials without express permission.

7. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without prior notice if you violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the matter will be settled in the District Court of Helsinki.
